RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At ID – Create Your Identity, we are committed to providing exceptional quality and customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the conditions outlined below.

Return Period

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return and send your item(s) back to us.

Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

Authorization for Returns

All returns must be authorized prior to shipment.

Items returned without completing a return request form and receiving prior authorization will be automatically rejected.

To request a return, please submit a return form through our Returns Page or contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

If your return request is not approved, you will be notified via email.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, all items must:

* Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
* Be in their original condition.
* Have all original tags attached.
* Be free from stains, marks, damage, or alterations.
* Be free from any odors, including perfume, smoke, detergent, or other scents.
* Be returned in their original packaging.

Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, washed, have tags removed, or carry any fragrance or odor will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

* Sale or discounted items.
* Gift cards.
* Customized or made-to-order products.
* Items that do not meet the return eligibility requirements.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Return Shipment Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that returned items are securely packaged and shipped using a reliable, trackable shipping service.

ID – Create Your Identity is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, damaged, delayed, or mishandled during transit. Any risk associated with the return shipment remains the responsibility of the customer until the package has been successfully delivered to and received by our team.

Return Processing

Once we receive the item(s) you are returning, your return will be processed within 5–7 business days.

All returned items will undergo a quality inspection before approval.

You will be notified by email regarding the status of your return once the inspection has been completed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund amounts will reflect the purchase price shown on our website at the time your order was placed.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the item and packaging.

We will review the issue and work to provide an appropriate resolution as quickly as possible.
